You can cook the meat slowly in an immersion of the wine and the vegetables and herbs in the winter. The meat will be very rich in taste and highly nutritious. This method is suitable for the cheaper meat.

If you want to roast the meat outdoor then it will be better to roast on a spit. The meat should be properly roasted from all sides. It should be taken care of that it is not allowed to burn. The meat cooked in this way will give you the ultimate taste along with sausages.
