Continue to processuntil the tomatoes are chopped well. Then take the container out of the food processor and then allow the mixture to pass through a strainer to separate all the excess liquid from the tomatoes. Now leave aside the mixture and take the liquid into a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of dried parsley, 1 teaspoon salt, 3 to 4 tablespoon lemon juice and two spoons of olive oil.
